In accordance in accordance with the corresponding Spanish legislation on the Protection of Data of a Personal Character as laid down in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, with regard to the exercising of the rights of access, correction and cancellation envisaged in the said law, and Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Internet Services and Electronic Commerce as well as their concomitant regulations, Autos Cabrera Medina informs you of the existence of an automated file of data of a personal character which has as its objective the management and maintenance of the services of self-drive cars for hire offered to the client.

The user can exercise the rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition by means of a written request addressed to Autos Cabrera Medina, Ctra. Arrecife-Aeropuerto, Km 3.7, 35550 - San Bartolomé, Lanzarote, Islas Canarias. Likewise, Autos Cabrera Medina undertakes to fulfil its obligations with regard to the secrecy of data of a personal character and its duty to protect them and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their modification, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
